¡ñ For shipments via UPS and FedEx, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 days, but no shoebox will be included.
¡ñ For shipments via USPS, the delivery time is about 14 days, but shoeboxe can be included.
The prices on our website already include the shipping cost to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Please contact me for a new price if you wish to ship to other countries.
We only ship items in small packages and mark them as gifts to avoid customs issues. If package lost on the way we will reship your order.
You have 7 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to postmark your return or exchange.
Please email futureshoestrade@hotmail.com with your request on how to send the shoes back for exchange.
Some unacceptable reasons for exchange are:
"I don't want the shoes anymore" or "I ordered the wrong size or color".
